The truths and misconceptions 

Dash clusters can not be re-calibrated for £40.00 or less! The original German handheld equipment for the job is expensive our prices reflect that quality and you are left with the reassurance that the job will be done properly. The people using cheaper copies of the equipment, mainly PC based risk corrupting many of the cars internal electronic operating systems leaving you to explain the situation to a main dealer. £40 well spent. We think not.

There are other people in the business claiming to be "experienced technicians" Ask them for proof of their experience. We can guarantee you that being able to spell technician is the only qualification they have.

The odometer reading on many of the late vehicles e.g.: BMW, Renault, Peugeot  is copied by the E.C.U & B.C.U as a back up. Other equipment for instance will not change the headlamp & Alarm control module back up mileage readings on the new 3/5 series BMW range we are able to reset this reading if necessary to the correct reading.

Covering all makes and models! Really?

Ask if they can cover the new Mini, Volvo V70, S80, Peugeot 806, Renault Espace (without sending it away) The new V.W 2001 range diagnostically. The new Sharran, Galaxy Alhambra 2000 all diagnostically Audi TT 2000, 2000 A-Class, 2002 M.Y Ford Lincoln, Smart Car The list goes on. We can & without sending the units away! No doubt once the writer of the software has worked out a  way of copying the original software we use they will attempt to offer their  inferior products once again on these newer more advanced models causing more mayhem & mistakes.....

Be "aware" in fact be "very aware" of operators turning up and using inferior PC based copies of the original German handheld equipment, this kind of equipment is now being offered at high discounts up to 60% off to new unsuspecting operators and because word of its unreliability has spread and the manufacturers of PC based programmes are struggling to sell what is now seen as a greatly inferior product which is full of bugs. The  reasons being that many of the software writers for this type of equipment write the software on one platform for example DOS and a computer working at one speed and the operators of the equipment will use the software on another platform and computer with a completely different speed causing conflicts and mishaps which may render your car inoperable. We don't compromise we use the best equipment available !!

What about the service indicator? A majority of today's vehicles are fitted with countdown service indicators we can set the Exact mileage to the next service on many of today's vehicles.
